Orders and Contracts

When we accept the items you ordered, and not before, your order is accepted and a contract is created between Eribuy and you. Neither the moment that Eribuy has collected your money nor the time that you receive an email from Eribuy acknowledging receipt of your order constitutes the formation of a contract. The order might not be accepted by Eribuy or might be canceled by you before the goods are shipped. Orders for personalized products and goods made to your specifications are an exception that cannot be canceled by you once you have received an email confirming the receipt of your order since such items and goods may already be in production as a result of your order.

Cancelling Your Order

You have the right to cancel your order in accordance with Consumer Regulations as long as you do so no later than 14 days following the day you receive the products.  You must not use the items and handle them with reasonable care. Within 14 days of notifying us of your desire to cancel, you should, whenever possible, return the items to us in their original packaging. We advise using a recorded or secure delivery method because we will not be held liable for any loss or damage to the returned items that occur during transit. We won't give you a refund if the goods are lost or harmed during transport. Details on how to return items to us can be found in the RETURNS section.
